Abstract

Personality is one of the internal factors that can affect a students learning achievements. One form of learning achievements is the expertise and understanding of the student regarding the subjects that exist. This research aims to know the role of big five personality dimensions against the achievements of learning autocad subjects in students of SMK engineering drawings of buildings in Jakarta. This research was conducted at 276 students who attended 5 SMK which has a field of engineering drawings of buildings in Jakarta with a characteristic sample of ages 16-21 years old with a variety of backgrounds. This research method using linear regression kuantitif. Based on the results of the analysis using linear regression indicates the role of the trial there were 5.1% donations big five personality dimensions against the achievements of learning autocad subjects, and 94.9% where as the rest is influenced by other factors. In addition, the fifth dimension of personality big five, agreeableness dimensions that have only the role against the achievements of learning autocad subjects in students of SMK engineering building of r = 0.202- and p = 0.000 < 0.05.
