Abstract
Factors that may affect the appearance of bullying behavior are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are factors that arise from themselves as self-concept, while external factors are factors that arise because of their interaction with the environment like peers. The purpose of this study to determine the role of self-concept and conformity to bully behavior in adolescent. The study is assessed 200 adolescent with the characteristics that have the bully behavior. This study is using multiple regression of non eksperimental quantitative method. The result is there is the role of self-concept and conformity to bullying behavior when tested together. The role of self-concept and conformity to bullying behavior by 12.7%, while the remaining 87.3% is influenced by other factors. The self-concept has a significant negative role to bullying behavior when tested partially (t = -4331, p = 0.000> 0.05). While conformity does not have a significant role to bullying behavior (t = 1.595, p = 0112> 0.05).
