Abstract
Quality of school life is one's perception of school life that will have an important role in the completion of the task of education. Individuals are expected to have a good achievement motivation in their education task completion. Achievement motivation is the desire of individuals to face a challenging task. Some studies looked at the relationship between the quality of school life and achievement motivation, but in setting instead of at the Military Academy. This study attempts to look the relationship of both settings Military Academy where the school perceived as a very strict in terms of rules and discipline. The study lasted from May 13, 2016 until May 27, 2016 by survey respondents as many as 177 cadets Military Academy. The method used is quantitative method with a non-experimental. The calculations show that r (177) = 0703 and p = .000 > 0.05. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the quality of school life with achievement motivation in Military Academy cadets which showed that the higher the quality of school life, the higher the achievement motivation.
