Abstract

The aim of this research is to know employee’s quality of life reviewed by psychological capital. Total participants in this research was 218 people of instansi negeri X. In this research, the author used quantitative method. Data was collected using questionnaires and correlation test was used to analyze the data. There are two questionnaires being used in data collection. The result show that most of the employee have high quality of life because they have high psychological capital also. There is no different quality of life based on demographic data such as age, gender, marital status, education, and level of position.
