Abstract
Conformity means voluntarily performing an act because others also do it (Taylor, Peplau, & Sears, 2006). Pre-marital sexual behaviors include all behaviors that are driven by sexual desires, of man and woman who is not legally married (Sarwono, 2012). The study was conducted on 403 late adolescents. Characteristics of sample aged between 18-25 years old, is having a romantic relationship with the oopposite sex, and currently live in Jakarta. This study uses quantitative, non experimental, and correlational design. The results of data analyzed using Spearman correlation test showed that r( 403 ) = .389 and p = .000. Based on calculations, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between conformity and sexual behavior. The results of this research shows that the increased of sexual behavior is affected by conformity, and vice versa. The average of pre-marital sexual behavior of all respondent is high, but the highest score based on the sexual behavior dimension is touching.
