Abstract
"Aim of the research is for reviewing relationship between achievement motivation with self-regulated learning, especially for college students who active in student activity unit’s organization This research uses convenience sampling. Researcher adaptation instruments of achievement motivation (McClelland, 1987) and self-regulated learning (Magno, 2010). This research uses quantitative method. In previous research show the relationship between motivation with selfregulated learning. Student who actively in organization need good time management and strategy for learning. This research uses convenience sampling.This research uses quantitative method. Subject of this research were 182 student in various student activity unit’s organization. Data analysis using Pearson Correlation. The result of research show that there is relationship between achievement motivation with self-regulated learning (r = 0,436, p < 0,05). Thus can be interpreted if achievement motivation student high, then selfregulated learning is in student also high. Otherwise, if self-regulated learning high, then achievement motivation in student also high."
