Abstract
"Difficulties in career decision making can be caused by a lack of understanding of yourself, lack of information about career options, as well as a lack of students to consider and determine one of several career alternatives. Career decision making is influenced by external factors that influence the support provided by family, friends and people closest. Social support that students get will reduce the difficulty of career decision making. This is because the better the support in the form of empathy, compassion, finance and advice about career options so students can determine career choices well. The study involved 375 respondents. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a relationship between social support and career decision making difficulties in the college students. The result of correlation analysis showed a significant negative correlation between social support with career decision-making difficulties in college students with correlation of r = -.354 with p = .000. Correlation at significant stage 0.01. This means that the higher the social support then hardly having trouble making career decisions to the college students."
