Abstract

Waste material has an effect on profit on the Road Improvement Project so that it encourages risk analysis where risk identification was previously carried out. Risk analysis is carried out by conducting a risk assessment. Risk assessment is carried out by assessing the risk on the first worksheet, the second worksheet, the third worksheet which is the worksheet of both parties. The first worksheet, the contractor, the second worksheet, the owner and the worksheets of both parties are a combination of the contractor and the owner. The study was conducted on 107 packages to increase the road from the total construction contracts in 3 budget years, 2014 to 2016 in East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan. The aim of this research is to find the most extreme risk rating. Risk rating is obtained by multiplying from LORR (frequency) and RI (impact). The Risk Rating can be read on the First Worksheet and the Second Worksheet and the Worksheets of the two Parties. On the First and Second Worksheets with a Risk Rating value of more than 10. And the Second Party Worksheet on the Combined Risk Rating that exceeds the value of 25. The first worksheet does not have the risk of causing all waste material. The worksheets of both parties state that all waste materials have a variety of risk causes and in a considerable number of causes that can be seen in the Combined Risk Rating. The largest and most common Combined Risk Rating is found in selected embankment material waste with 10 risk causes, the second is the aggregate waste material B with 4 risk causes, and the least in Cement with 3 risk causes. The most risk that is owned by all waste materials is: emphasis on time and emphasis on costs
