Abstract
Nurses play a significant role to determine hospital performance. They are people who deal directly with patients and their families as hospital representative. This research uses quantitative method involving 140 nurses in X Hospital. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. There are 3 questionnaries in data collection and processed with SPSS version 23.00. Data is processed with regression test. Based on the results of this data analysis, it was found the results that psychological capital had a role of 7.5% (p = 0.001 <0.05) on performance. The perception of organizational support has a role of 15.1% (p = 0.000 <0.05) on performance. Then, on the results of psychological capital and perceptions of organizational support together have a role of 18%% (p = 0.000 <0.05) on performance.
