Abstract
Trans Jakarta bus way for the first time in Indonesia is the government's long-term projects to tackle urban congestion in Jakarta and surrounding areas for the present or the future. Glance busway attractive appearance. Its construction is Gradually the enormous cost, it does not ensure the comfort and safety for passengers although passengers can get around Jakarta simply by issuing money three thousands. In addition to the condition of the bus is in use, the facility bus stop way to raise and lower the passenger also require attention in order to provide security and comfort for passengers. Field conditions shows that some elements of the busway and bus stops do not pay attention to ergonomic and safety aspects for bus users the way that more and more. Places grip hang for standing passengers felt less fit, AC setting uneven and sometimes too cold, the floor and out of the bus which akurang safe when entering the bus, the stop floor coating damage such as cracks and holes that can harm the user when jostled if not careful fastidiously. Thus the conditions of the bus and the bus stop is less comfortable way. It is necessary for improvement of conditions for the comfort of the bus way, redesigned floor entrance to the bus stop, the renovation of damaged parts, additional lighting facilities and other facilities, so that users feel the way bus both comfort and safety while on the bus or while in the area- the way the bus stop area.
