Abstract
PT. X is one company that is engaged in manufacturing, namely product manufacturing process such as Handbody, shampoo, detergents, floor cleaners, and others, in which the main products manufactured are Handbody lotion with a number of defects that reach 20 percent of the focus of research. The cause of the leakage defect that has the highest value FRPN is one position due to the position of the packaging pieces that do not fit. For that designed a tool that serves as a hook in order to position the packaging remains in place. After implementation visible decrease in the number of defects 276 Box and a decrease in the proportion of 8.9 percent disability
