Abstract

Queuing system design work station is based on the results of analysis and simulation queue which formed sisrtem good design can diterapk an on station k Gov. From the analysis with an menggunak 4 and 5 servers, the system queues at station k k Gov can not meet the production edatangan. By adding an menyebabk server Wq value, Ws, Ls, and Lq smaller and average queuing time -rata (Ws) to 0.00912316, or 32.84 seconds. After the addition of two servers (at first arrival rate which is served by four servers each serving 337 k Arton), mak a respective servers only serve 225 k Arton only. With the addition of a number of servers menyebabk an tingk decline at k esibuk an server that becomes 0.9022 so that each server can still be an every k edatangan mengerjak the product.
