Abstract
HS. Plastics, a company engaged in producing manukfaktur plastic. Some work is still done manually by human power. Preformance reviews ergonomics, working position ergonomics currently has a high risk that needs to be done redesign. Ergonomics can be defined as the study of human aspects in the work environment are reviewed in anatomy, physiology, psychology, engineering, management and design or design. Complaints worker was measured by a questionnaire nordic body map, obtained the biggest complaints on the part of the body number 1 (upper neck), 2 (lower neck), 7 (right upper arm portion), 8 (waist), 10 (buttocks), 11 ( left elbow), 24 (right calf) at each level of the percentage of 100%. REBA scores of each operator is 9 for operators 1, 8 for the operator 2, and 10 for the operator 3. Score RULA on each operator is 6 to operator 1, 6 to carrier 2, and 7 for operators 3. This value means that the investigation must be done immediately and urgent repairs to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of work. The study produced a draft work desk chair, with simulations using software RULA CATIAV. The simulation results showed that the scores of the new design concept is 6 to 1 and 2 to the concept 2.
