Abstract
To company Plast is a company engaged in the production of plastics. The problem faced in the production line is the absence of planned maintenance activity well on E - 110B machine automatic injection molding , especially the critical components that nozzle. This makes the nozzle clogged nozzle heater and reliability unstable. Therefore , this paper discusses and examines the timing is right in preventive cleaning nozzle at the lowest possible cost, preventive replacement time by minimizing downtime . Based on the calculation of past damage data, the proposed intervals obtained the best preventive cleaning is every 307.74 hours with 1,083 hours of cleaning time while each 489 -hour change intervals with changing time of 0.5 hours. Cost savings amounted to 62.45 respectively
