Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect on the effectiveness of coordination of services in a service office X with a sample of 36 people with a sampling method. The variables studied were coordination (X1) and the role of the staff (X2) as the independent variable, while the effectiveness of services as dependent variable (Y). The data obtained through kuisuiner will do the analysis and hypothesis testing with multiple correlation, test product moment and multiple regression analysis. Results of multiple regression analysis model is obtained multiple regression equation is: Y = 6.9 + 0.45X1 + 0.363 X2. From the model of multiple regression equation is known, if the co-ordination and the role of staff increased 1%, then the effectiveness of services increased to 81.3%
