Abstract
The raw material is something that is very penling for an industry, if there is a delay or shortage of raw materials, it will affect the production process even cessation of production. For the supply / transportation of raw materials, the company uses freight transport services in the form of a contract with a business unit. Selection of Contractor becomes very pentlng because the quality of the work will be felt directly by the company. Uruuk the necessary diligence in selecting contractors based on performance criteria such contractors. The process of determining the criteria begins with check directly with the resource persons (experts) who are competent in terms of the implementation of transport services through three stages of questionnaires, the first phase of the questionnaire distributed to the experts, the main criterion is obtained. Through the questionnaire stage / I is distributed to the experts to be obtained sub-criteria and sub-sub-criteria. The weighting of all the criteria, sub-criteria and sub-sub-criteria is done by spreading the questionnaire stage 111 (kulsioner pairwise comparisons). There are four main krlteria selection of a contractor which owned equipment, experience in the field of freight transport services, education, and financial audit. With the method A HP company can make the process of selection of contractors with leblh balk; As for the contractors peratingan Hasit penelitlan ie Business Unit Hendrik with weights 34.7%, Jaya Mulya Business Unit with 26.4% weighting, Business Unit Put Sand bungur denganboboI20,8% and Cooperative Enterprises unit with a weight of 18.1%.
