Abstract
To support the tire production process. PT. Bridgestone Tire Indonesia has various types of machines one of which is the engine of the extruder which is producing the tread (tread). This article is focused on helping business enterprises in order to calculate the extruder machine performance by calculating ntlai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) or as an indicator of the rate of productivity measured tread production process and provide suggestions to the value of OEE from the extruder machine can be improved. Analysis of the results of the application of Total Productive Maintenance (RPM) to the achievement of production targets in the extruder machine OEE parameters include the Availability or Operation Time Ratio (OTR), Effeciency Performance Ratio (PER) and Rate OJ Quality Product or Good Ratio (GR). Which then analyzes the results of each of the factors affecting the value of each ratio, which in turn affect the value of the OEE.
