Abstract
The objective of this research is to identify the factors influencing the capital structure of manufactured firms in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2007-2009. This research using multiple regression to test whether capital structure is impacted by various variables, namely fixed asset ratio, growth, size, net profit margin, and dividend payout ratio. Based on statistical t test, growth of sales and NPM has significant influence of DER. Based on statistical F test indicates that variables FAR, growth of sales, firm size, NPM, and DPR simultantly affect DER on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2007-2009.
