Abstract

Traffic density in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta continues to increase. Congestion has become a familiar sight in the capital Jakarta today. A significant amount to the increase in population let to increased transportation needs, the number of vehicles continues to increase without being followed by improvement of existing roads, and public transportation facilities that support. The number of vehicles that are not commensurate with the roads, often causing congestion, especially at peak hours and weekend. Lack of attention and public awareness obey the order led to the absence of driving comfort, as well as increasing the risk of accidents on the highway. Orderly traffic culture is still very low among users of the highway. In fact bikers is the biggest contributor to accidents on the highway, especially bikers who are still teenagers, because of negligence in obeying traffic rules without prior security. Hence the importance of orderly traffic should be grown in people's habits road users, particularly motorcyclists to have self awareness and personality that can adhere values, as well as a forming a habit to always orderly traffic, for the sake of safe driving activity and comfortable.
