Abstract
The objective of this research is to find out the factors that influence the dividend payout ratio of influence of manufacturing pro sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample of this research was companies, especially in manufacturing sector, that were registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the four years of research period, 2011 – 2014. The method of sampling in this research was using purposive sampling method. This research examined 32 companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and fulfill the sampling criteria. The regression model indicated that cash flows, firm size, net profit margin and return on assets have significant influence towards dividend payout ratio but asset growth, debt to equity ratio and current ratio do not have significant influence towards dividend payout ratio.
