Abstract

One of the factors that determine the success of the construction company in bidding for and completing construction projects while generating sufficient profit is how accurate construction company in bidding for and completing construction projects while generating sufficient profit is how accurate construction cost estimates. The indirect cost is one component of the construction cost. This study aims to model indirect costs (Y) based on the variables that influence it, namely Building (XI), Implementation Time (X2), the Contract Value (X3), and Direct Costs (X4). Modeling done in this study among which modeling linear regression and nonlinear regression modeling using logarithms. Basides modeling is also conducted analysis of the contract value per m2, the percentage of indirect costs, profit percentage of the Value of the contact, the percentage of staff sosts ti indirect costs, the percentage of equipment costs to the cost indirectly, and the percentage of the cost of preparation of the indirect costs based on location, type project acquisition and project manager. Modeling results obtained over the linear regression equation is Y = -1.771,559 + 0,034X1 + 199,985X2 + 0,291X3 ? 0.252X4 + 3 and non linear regression equation is Log Y = -0,727 + 0,028 Log X1 + 0.318 Log X2 + 1,593 Log X3 ? 0.75 Log X4 + 3 ... From the modeling reults can be concluded more appropriate use of non-linear regression equation.
