Abstract

AbstractIn the process of settlement services, especially within the RT / RW are still many who use a manual process. The problem that often occurs in a manual process is an inefficient use of time for service of process in the search population demographic data in the archive stacks, the difficulty to obtain biographical data of the population reports quickly and accurately in a short time, and the population as a result of damage to archives are not treated properly. Another problem is the issue of time for residents and RT / RW to meet, especially in urban areas. The suggested solution is to build a system of administration of web-based information and apply it to the process of administration in the RT / RW. The method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which consists of four stages: Planning, Analysis, Design,Implementation. The initial stage is the planning / plan that contains objectives and feasibility of the system to proceed to the analysis stage is the stage for analyzing the needs of whatever is needed to support the creation of this web-based program. In the analysis of the needs include hardware and software used. The next stage is the stage of design / drafting, design phase using the Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) Level 0, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) Level 1, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), and the specification table, the next phase of implementation of the testing program that uses black-box testing methods testing and white-box testing. Type of output generated ie Population Administration Information System software RT / RW. Population Administration Information System that is created can be used for: the processing of personal data and the resident population administrative letter. Population Administration Information System designed web-based so it can be used independent of time and place. This is intended to make the process of making the required letter does not require residents to meet with RT / RW. Keywords: information system, web,population, RT/RW.
