Abstract

This research aims to analyze and prove the influence of experience, work motivation, and time management on job performance either simultaneously or partially. This study uses a survey by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents, the staff of PT EMPEYI. The sample selection is based on simple random sampling where each population has an equal chance to be drawn sample. The results of this study prove that work experience, work motivation, and time management simultaneously influence on job performance. Partially work experience does affect the job performance with significant level 0,000, the work motivation whereas a positive effect on the job performance with significant level 0,014 and time management positive effect on job performance with significant level 0,000. For, further research is expected to add other, factors that can affect the job performance.
