Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine whether 1) customer orientation has significant and positive impact on SME performance, 2) managerial network ties can moderate the relationship between customer orientation and SME performance, 3) social network ties can moderate the relationship between customer orientation and SME performance. Samples were selected using 2 sampling methods namely convenience and snowball sampling with total of 100 respondents. The result of this study show that customer orientation has significant and positive impact on SME performance, and both moderating variables namely managerial and social network ties don’t moderate the relationship between customer orientation and SME performance.
