Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of gender diversity, firm size and firm age on financing decision. Gender diversity was measured with the existence of female directors and female commisioners in a firm. The samples of this study were 64 firms ( 192 observations) listed in Index Kompas100 from 2015 to 2017. The sampels taken using a purposive sampling method. This study analysis used multiple linear regression method by panel data. The results shows that the existence of female on board of directors, firm size, and firm age have an influence on financing decision. Meanwhile, the existence of female on board of commissioners has no effect on financing decision.
