Abstract

The success of this project is generally defined based on 3 main factors; time, costs and the performance of products that have been produced by a formwork. A successfull project is not easy to achieved because there are many interests involved. Among them is the interest of project owners and construction service provider to be able to get satisfactory result compared to the investment that has made for the project. It is also indubitably including the time completion of the project, which is directly relates by business development plan of the project owners. On the project contractor's side, of course is to get profit in return of -the completion of the project. Nevertheless, to be able to get satisfactory profit, the contractor must be able to coordinate all resources and methods. The contractor involved in the project have to function effectively so that the project owners 's expectations can be met, whether the expectation of performances, completion time and costs incurred This research is to analysis the comparison method between scaffolding and speedshore and cost. The population of this research is the workers that were doing at high rise building project. Sampling technique that is used in this research is saturated sampling method, which is all the workers in the project.
