Abstract
Common practice in business recently, to outsource the logistic function to the third party logistics. We know that third party logistics has many definitions and interpretations. We define third party logistics as an external logistics service provider offering single or multiple logistics activities to its customers, which typically is on contract basis. How to determine the best partner of third party logistics is very important. The study reviews that there are a number of critical factors to influence a successful selection of third-party logistics because outsourcing logistics functions to 3PLs is still a major trend and to get the benefit for the company. The reasons why business outsources the logistics functions to 3PLs is mainly to get the efficiency in term of financial and operational. lo understand how 3PI, proposed the pricing is very important.
