Abstract
This research aims to analyze is there any influence of organizational support toward work engagement, is there any influence of organizational MiSSi011 achievement toward employees' work performance, is there any influence of organizational mission achievement toward employees' work performance through work engagement, is there any influence of organizational mission achievement toward employees' work performance through work engagement and is there any influence of work engagement toward employees' work performance. The object in this research is two hundreds and two (202) employees of PT. Central Prima Kelola. The variables used in this research are organizational support, organizational mission achievement, work engagement, and employees' work performance. The data analysed by using path analysis. The result of this research shows there are some influences of organizational support toward work engagement, the influences of organizational mission achievement toward work engagement, the influences of organizational support toward employees' work performance, the influences of organizational mission achievement toward employees' work performance through work engagement, the influences of organizational mission achievement toward employees' work performance through work engagement and the influences of work engagement toward employees' work performance in PT.
