Abstract

this study aimed to examine the impact of ethical sales behavior, service quality and brand image on loyalty. research distributedbquestionnaires to 100 respondents. this research was conducted with non probability sampling method with the type of research technique purposive sampling. data were analyzed using multiple regression methodwith the help of the program SPSS. The results of the analysis concluded that there are significant influenceethical sales behavior, service quality and brand image on customer loyalty in J.CO Kelapa Gading.
