Abstract
this study aims to examine the influence of Financial Knowledge and Income toward Financial Satisfaction with Financial Behavior as intervening variable. This research was conducted on labor force at Indonesia. The method of sampling is purposive sampling. The subject of this study were labor force who work in Indonesia. The sample in this study amounted to 400 respondents through spreading a questionnaire to labor directly, and via online through Google questinnaire. The data processed using SMARTPLS 3.0. the result suggest that Financial Knowledge have a significant influence on Financial Behavior, Meanwhile Income does not have significantly influence on Financial Behavior. Further more, Financial Behavior, Financial Knowledge, and Income have a significant influence on Financial Satisfaction. In the other hand, Financial Behavior does not mediate the relation between Financial knowlegde and Income towards Financial Satisfaction. The results of this study are consistent with the predictions of Theory Planned Behavior, Behavioral Finance Theory, and telic theory.
