Abstract
Recently Competition in services sector has growing rapidly. This is due to increasingly scarcity of natural resource, so that business people tend to expand its business in services. One of the growing service sector is banking sector. The importance of interaction between bank employees with customers is to ensure convenience for customers to conduct banking transactions. In addition, customer convenience in transaction will form an attitude of openness about customer opinion during the transaction. This openness is very useful for the bank to get the information needed to improve its services, developing new banking products and manage bank cash flow.
