Abstract

this research aims to analyze the effect of working motivation and job satisfaction on job performance at PT. Imora Motor. The ability of independent variables, motivation and job satisfaction in influencing the dependent variable, job performance amounted to 50.5%. Result of this research was a positive correlation and significant between job motivation and job satisfaction on job performance. Sequence indicators that contributes motivation variable are working condition, companys facilities, salary, relation with supervisor, the companys policy, reward, and recognition. Sequence indicators that contributes job satisfaction variable are salary satisfaction, relation with co-workers, achievement, work itself, job security, salarys payment, fairness.
