Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, dan komponen intellectual capital terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Subjek penelitian meliputi seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI padatahun 2012 – 2015 dan pernah mengikuti program CGPI yang diadakan oleh The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) pada tahun 2012 – 2015. Sampel yang diperoleh melalui purposive sampling adalah sebanyak 10 perusahaan dalam periode 2012 – 2015 dan data akhir yang memenuhi kriteria adalah sejumlah 38 data. Metode pengujian yang digunakan adalah uji regresi berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan corporate governance dan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Dari komponen intellectual capital, hanya VACA yang ditemukan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. VAHU dan STVA ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kata kunci: kinerjaperusahaan, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, intellectual capital The aim of this research is to examine the effect of corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, and the components of intellectual capital on firm performance. The research subject includes all public firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 – 2015 and firms that have ever joined CGPI programme conducted by The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) on 2012 – 2015. The samples which is obtained through purposive sampling method are 10 firms within the period of 2012 – 2015 and the final data that meet the relevant criteria are 38 data. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The result shows that corporate governance and corporate social responsibility have significant and positive effect on firm performance. Among the component of intellectual capital, only VACA shows significant effect on firm performance. VAHU and STVA found to not have significant effect on firm performance.
