Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh e-Procurement, TQM dan e-CRM terhadap proses bisnis internal perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner. Dari kuesioner yang disebar hanya 61 kuesioner yang dapat memenuhi syarat sebagai sampel. Hipotesis penelitian diuji menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan IBM SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-Procurement dan e-CRM berpengaruh positif terhadap proses bisnis internal, namun tidak untuk TQM. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan jumlah sampel yang lebih banyak, jenis industri yang sama dengan skala ukuran perusahaan yang sama agar dapat fokus untuk peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas industri tertentu di Indonesia. The aim of this research is to get the empirical evidence about the influence of e-Procurement, TQM and e-CRM to internal business process in Indonesia’s manufacturing industry. This study used purposive sampling method and collected data with questionnaire. Out of all questionnaires that have been distributed, only 61 questionnaires that qualified to be the sample. The hypothesis was tested using multiple regression analysis by IBM SPSS 22.0. The results of this study showed that e-Procurement and e-CRM has positive influence towards internal business process, however, indicate there is no significant influence of TQM towards internal business process. Further researches are expected to use more sample, similar type of industry with equal company size so it could focus on how to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of certain industry in Indonesia.
