Abstract

This research aim to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of corporate social responsibility on firm performance with firm reputation as mediating variable. This research uses primary data obtained from collecting questionnaire result. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the year 2017. This research used purposive sampling method and obtained of 88 respondents. Analysis of data using SmartPLS version 3 through outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that corporate social responsibility has positive effect on firm performance, corporate social responsibility has positive effect on firm reputation, firm reputation has positive effect on firm performance, while firm reputation has partial mediation effect between corporate social responsibility and firm performance.
