Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, activity, leverage and bi rate to investment opportunity set (MVA/BVA). This study uses sample of 12 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) of the years 2013-2015. Statistical analysis tool used was eviews version 7.2. the technique of data analysis used was the panel regression analysis with purposive sampling. The findings of this research showed that investment opportunity only affected by leverage.
