This business plan is made for the purpose of determining the business feasibility of a bazaar food business with the name “Fish Plus”. This is done by performing analysis on things which may affect the business condition namely market aspect, organization aspect, production aspect. “Fish Plus” really put a lot of attention to the quality and taste of their products by using selected raw materials and also packed with beautiful packaging. Moreover, this business is following the happening trend by participating in bazaars which currently often become the center of the crowd. The marketing of the business is focused in the social media such as instagram. Based on the financial statement performa, the business achieved the payback period in the second month of operation and after six month of operation, the business is able to post a profit of Rp 51.648.000,-. Therefore, “Fish Plus” deserves to be expanded further.
