Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of return on equity, earning per share, and market value added of property firms listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The Observation period of this study is from year 2012 to 2014, with a sample of 28 firms each ear. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that market value added have a significant effect on firm value, while earning per share and return on equity do not have any significant effect on firm value.
