Abstract

At present it is not only implementing Occupational Safety and Health that focuses on construction workers. However, at the moment Security, Safety, Health and Sustainability also pay attention to non-worker factors or sustainability after construction until maintenance around the project site. The construction is one of the sectors that are at risk of accidents and the health of workers. This fact certainly complicates the handling of the issues of Security, Safety, Health and Sustainability which are usually carried out by training methods applied to foundation construction companies. The issues of Security, Safety, Health and Sustainability have a significant economic impact that can cause various kinds of losses. To find out the implementation of Security, Safety, Health and Sustainability in foundation construction companies can be done by qualitative methods. To reduce accidents and health of workers it is necessary to know the Security, Safety, Health and Sustainability factors that affect foundation work with quantitative methods. To realize the purpose using a questionnaire and field survey on one of the foundation construction company namely PT Pakubumi Semesta. Implementation of Security, Safety, Health and Sustainability is still lacking, and from the analysis found 3 factors which affect foundation work is security, safety, and health (K4). K4 affect foundation constrution work by 82%. The recommendations for improvements given are to improve the gate guarding system, adding safety man, placement of fuel storage area, rest area, arranging mareials in the project warehouse, making procedures for placing materials and hazardous and toxic waste treatment, pay more attention to 3 factors in Security, Safety, Health and Sustainability.
