Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find intrinsic value of shares of PT Waskita Karya Tbk by using Discounted Cash Flow and Price Earning Ratio (PER) to determine whether the share is fair as an investment. Besides that, this study also aimed to compare the fair value of shares of PT Waskita Karya Tbk with the market price in 2015 whether it is undervalued or overvalued Analysis done only at PT Waskita Karya Tbk with period between 2013 until 2010. Data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Analysis calculated based on Discounted Cash Row and Price Earning Ratio method. From the analysis, by using value range by using Discounted Cash Flow are Rp. 1.372.- and Price Earning Ratio are Rp. 1.744,08. it indicates market value of PT Waskita Karva Tbk in year 2015 (Rp. 1.670) is in fair price.
