Abstract
This study was conducted to determine whether there is any influence of entrepreneurial orientation towards firm performance and environmental dynamism have moderating influence to entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance. This research using cross-section data at certain period of time for each variable. The analytical method used in this study are simple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis performed with SPSS 22. The result showed entrepreneurial orientation have significant influence towards firm performance and environmental dynamisms cannot moderate the influence of entrepreneurial orientation towards firm performance.
