The process of government procurement are different and more complex than the process in private institutions. At this time the process of government procurement have a new phase with applicable government procurement based on electronic or e procurement. E-procurement can be done through two ways, namely e-tendering and e purchasing. E-tendering is divided into 2 kinds that are e-auctions, e-selection, while e purchasing system is a system of government procurement through e-catalogue. e-auction and e-catalogue is already implemented in the Suku Dinas Bina Marga in West Jakarta since 2014. The object of this research is to analyze the procurement of goods/services in the Suku Dinas Bina Marga in West Jakarta in 2014 to 2016. This study aims to identify the application usage time of the government procurement by a system of e-auctions and e-catalog, identifying risk factors in the implementation of e procurement, e-auction and e-catalog, identifying the performance of service providers in the procurement e-auction and e-catalog in the execution of the work, and analysis of e-auction system and the e-catalogue and recommendations for the future. In this thesis it is reviewed the e-auction system and e-catalogue system in 2014 to 2016 which has been implemented in the Suku Dinas Bina Marga in West Jakarta. Implementation of e-catalogue can shorten the time of the auction about 2 month, so the project can be started quicker and execution time in accordance with the planning. The risk of failure in projects that apply of the e-catalogue system by 1%, while the risk of failure on a project with e-auction system by 78% because e-catalogue system managing contractors should be able to meet all the specifications of the work in the beginning of the data entry. Quality results for the implementation of the e-catalogue system is better in accordance with planning execution time. The procurement system affects the auction duration, the duration of the project implementation and progress of the p[project implementation.
