Abstract
This Thesis discusses the successful factors of Harapan Indah City development seen from what Developer done to develop the Region (internal determinant) and how the satisfaction of Harapan Indah resident, also mass preference of Jabodetabek to Harapan Indah City as one of successful indicator. This study is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research (mixed methods). The data analysis using qualitative descriptive methods, summed rating methods (assessment methods), and the result of Harapan Indah City analysis shows that Harapan Indah City was successfully organizing their region. This analysis was supported by the results of interviews and questionnaires where respondents have positive perception (favorable) to Harapan Indah City development which done by the Developer and another successful indicators was increasing market interest and sales figure.
