This study was conducted to determine whether there is any influence of exchange rate of rupiah against the U.S Dollar and Dow Jones Index to LQ45 Index in 2010 - 2013. This study uses secondary data from Index Composite middle exchange rate of rupiah and Dow Jones Index. In the test data, statistical analysis using eviews 6.0. Research methods used are multiple linear regression analysis, Test T and Test F. Dependent variable from this study is the LQ45 Index, while the independent variables are exchange rate of rupiah against the U.S Dollar and Dow Jones Index. The results showed that the independent variables simultaneously significant effect on LQ45 Index. And partially both exchange rate of rupiah and Dow Jones Index has significant effect on LQ45 Index.
