Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine whether 1) Transformational leadership affect to turnover intention of private bank employees in Jakarta. 2) Employee development affect to turnover intention of private bank employees in Jakarta. 3) Transformational leadership affect to affective commitment of private bank employees in Jakarta 4) affective commitment affect to turnover intention of private bank employees in Jakarta. 5) affective commitment mediates transformational leadership to turnover intention of private bank employees in Jakarta. Sample was selected using convenience sampling method amounted to 100 respondents at private bank employees in Jakarta. The result of this study show that affective commitment fully mediates transformational leadership to turnover intention and transformational leadership has a negative affect to turnover intention.
