Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work environment and motivation on job satisfaction. The population of this research is all of PT Jakarta Land Management employees amounted to 50 person. Sample was selected using total sampling method which means all of the population. Data processing techniques using structural equation modeling which assisted by SmartPLS version 3.2.8 program. The result of this study reveals that work environment and motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Joyce Angelique Turangan, S.E., M.Pd.
