The role of SMEs is become increasingly important due to their high contribution to national economy in order to reduce level of poverty, unemployment, unequal distribution of income, unequal development between urban and rural areas, and problem of urbanization. Due to the importance of SMEs role to national economy, it get supported by government, and it determined performance of the SMEs. Besides of support from government, things like self efficacy, personality and internal locus of control also determined performance of SMEs. The purpose of the study include: first, to identify whether self efficacy has influence on SMEs food product in Jakarta. Second, to identify whether personality has influence on SMEs food product in Jakarta. Third, to identify whether internal locus of control has influence on SMEs food product in Jakarta. Sample of this research is SMEs who sell food around north and west of Jakarta. Number of respondents for this research is 100. Data used in this research is primary data gained from questionnaire related to research topic. Data is analyzed using SPSS that consist of descriptive statistic, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test) and hypotheses testing (F test, t test). The results are as follows: first, self efficacy, personality and internal locus of control simultaneously has significant positive influence on SMEs food product performance in Jakarta. Second, self efficacy in has significant positive influence on SMEs food product performance in Jakarta. Third, personality has significant positive influence on SMEs food product performance in Jakarta. Fourth, internal locus of control has significant positive influence on SMEs food product performance in Jakarta.
