stock exchange has grown considerably in Indonesia, in order to exercise an investment in stock exchange, experience and knowledge are indeed vital, hence before execute investment in stock exchange an investor needs to analyze fundamental and technical factor of investment. Technical analysis is an analysis method used to predict stock price. Fundamental analysis is a method used fundamentally by a company. Technical analysis and fundametal analysis are the most general method used to scale companies performance. The purpose of commiting this research is to acknowledge some factors that affected stock return of company. The dependent variable used in this reserch is stock return, whilst independent variables used in this research are return on total assets, total assets turnover, debt to equity ratio, price earning ratio. Results shows in this research states that there are simultanously significant effect from return on total assets, total assets turnover, debt to equity ratio, price earning ratio toward stock return
