Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of job motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bumen Redja Abadi. Purposive sampling method used in this study. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents. The results of this study that Work Motivation and Organizational Culture has a significant effect on the performance of employees simultaneously with the 95% probability level. Work Motivation and Organizational Culture has a significant influence on the performance of employees partially with 95% probability level. This suggests that the higher the stronger the motivation to work and organizational culture will affect the performance of employees is owned by PT. Bumen Redja Abadi.
