This research is aim to determine the effect of inflation, JIBOR, and Capital Flows on IDR/USD Exchange Rates from Bank Indonesia and Stock Price Index (IHSG) from Bursa Efek Indonesia. Population from this research are all the datas about IDR/USD Exchange Rates from Bank Indonesia and all the datas about Stock Price Index (IHSG) from Bursa Efek Indonesia. The methodology used for this research is observation secondary data from website www.bi.go.id and www.idx.co.id. Sampling method of this study is non probability sampling, type judgemental sampling. The samples of this study are daily datas for six months, from July 2013 until December 2013 for IDR/USD Exchange Rates from Bank Indonesia and Stock Price Index (IHSG) from Bursa Efek Indonesia. Datas in this research are analyzed using path analysis with AMOS 22. This research finds that inflation has negative and non significant impact on JIBOR, inflation has positive and non significant impact on IHSG, JIBOR has negative and non significant impact on IDR/USD Exchange Rates, JIBOR has negative and significant impact on Capital Flows, Capital Flows has negative and non significant impact on IHSG, and Capital Flows has negative and non significant impact on IHSG.
